Pre-Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be done in writing by the pre-registration deadline, Monday, August 30, 2008, 12 noon via mail, fax, or email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

All refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee, there are no exceptions.

If you are cancelling your registration, please note the registration type.

Event registration and generic tickets are subject to a 5% administrative fee from the total amount refunded. If you’d like to exchange your registration or request a system credit the 5% administrative fee is waived. A system credit has no expiration and can be applied to any convention / purchase managed by www.irishgaming.ie/

If you'd like to cancel an event please note the Event Date & ID#.

If you'd like to exchange an event, please list the Event Date & ID#. A system credit will be issued for the cancelled event and you will be notified when you can log back into your account and register for the new event.

After September 21st, 2008, all registrations have to be purchased on site (at the Maryborough House Hotel). We will not give refunds after the pre-registration deadline.

Pre-registration cancellations and refunds will be processed during Irish Gaming Customer Service hours, Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5 PM. If you submit your request during close of business, your request will be processed the next business day. All requests must be made before August 30, 2008.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Onsite Cancellation/Refund Policy*

*For Onsite changes please visit the Customer Service Representative at The Maryborough House Hotel. Tickets purchased on site are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Event registration cancellations/refunds must be done 30 minutes prior to the start of the event, for example, if your event starts at 11:30 AM, you may request for a refund before 11:00 AM, no refunds will be accepted at 11:10 AM.

Event registration refunds will be managed by our IGC Representative at the Conference.

In order to receive a refund on an event a valid photo ID is required - there are no exceptions. All refunds will be credited back in the original form of payment.

If an event has been cancelled please see a IGC Representative to receive a refund or registration transfer.

The last day to receive an event registration refund is August 30, no later then 4:00 PM.  

Registration & Event Ticket Policy:

We cannot replace lost, stolen, or forgotten event tickets. If this is the case, you must repurchase at full cost. Please be responsible with your conference materials.
