The much hyped Casino Regulation Committee report has been published and the process of drafting legislation has begun. This is the first opportunity to hear one of Ireland's leading gaming specific legal advisors on the potential ramifications for the industry.

We will hear about the good, the bad and the indifferent but we also expect to hear how a regulated, professional environment will suit most, but not all.

However, with the right corporate and social responsibility procedures in place, the industry can deal with the social impact of gaming in a responsible manner. Regulating the Industry, the UK experience - Tom Kavanagh, Deputy CEO, UK Gambling CommissionIn this session, we will hear about how Ireland's closest regulated gaming jurisdiction (the UK) manages its large and well established Gaming Industry. As Irish law has most of its roots in British law, we will be paying particular attention to the role of the UK regulatory body and how a yet to be appointed Irish regulatory body may mimic very closely the operation of our UK neighbour.
10. Panel Session: Irish Arcades & Adult Gaming CentresAs licensed operators, the Irish arcade and adult gaming centres have been a fixture in Ireland for as long as anyone can remember.
